Contact us via email or phone (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm). How it works: - Download the application; - Query your code / reference in Balance screen in the Queries menu of the application; - Then go to a Multicaixa/ATM or Internet Banking, go to the option of Payment by Reference, and you use your Entity and Balance Reference that you saw in Balance screen in the application; - After all the steps in Multicaixa or Internet Banking, the value you recharge will appear in AKI in less than 1 minute; - Once the balance appears in the Application you can use it to purchase any existing product or service in the application.
