* Simple and easy to use. * This generic CCTV Lens Calculator calculates the lens required for a CCTV camera. * Now with scene calculation based on focal length. * Calculate using feet or meters. * Enter distance from the scene, horizontal distance of scene and height of the camera, then click 'calculate'. * Results show lens required, angle of view and pixels per meter(feet). * Indicates if the object or person can be: "Identified", "Recognised" or "Detected". * The new scene calculation allows you to calculate the scene dimensions, based on a focal length value. * Calculate horizontal distance of a scene based on focal length and distance between cameras and subject. * Calculate distance between camera and subject based on focal length and horizontal distance of scene. * Scene calculation allows you enter vari-focal lens min/max focal length and use a slider to easily switch between values.
