التطبيق الخلوي LRC يتضمن ست خدمات الكترونية متابعة المعاملة: خدمة مجانية تمكن من معرفة وضع المعاملة. احتساب الرسوم: خدمة مجانية تقوم باحتساب الرسوم التقريبية الواجب دفعها. حركة القيود: خدمة مجانية تقوم بإرسال تنبيه الى الهاتف الخلوي ورسالة الى البريد الالكتروني حول تسجيل قيود جديدة أو إصدار سندات ملكية جديدة على الصحيفة العقارية الرقمية. متابعة إفادة الملكية: خدمة مجانية تمكن من معرفة وضع معاملة إفادة الملكية. أوامر القبض المدفوعة: خدمة مجانية تمكن من معرفة أوامر القبض المدفوعة العائدة لآخر عملية على العقار. LRC mobile application comprises six e-services : 1. Transaction Tracking: It is a free service that displays the status of the application. 2. Fees Simulation: It is a free service that calculates the approximate fees to be paid. 3. Title Register Changes: It is a free service that will send push notifications and e-mail’s to the concerned parties regarding all new title register entries done on a pre-selected property. 4. Ownership Request Tracking: It is a free service that displays the status of the ownership affidavit request. 5 . Paid Invoices: It is a free service that displays all invoices of the last transaction done on a certain property.
