The Pharmacy Department of the National University Hospital of Malaysia developed this app as an easy, 'at your finger tips' reference for hospital staffs to obtain information about drug doses and choices, availability, prescribing restrictions and method of administration. Through the years, many requests have come to us enquiring if you could purchase the PPUKM Drug Formulary. Here, we present to you our newly edited 7th edition of PPUKM Drug Formulary in App Form.
