Now with the new ACS Mobile App, all you need to know about your shipments is a T-APP away! - Collect your package from the ACS Locker easily and quickly, without searching for the PIN on your mobile, by simply pressing the “Pick-up from ACS Locker” button - Register your favorite ACS Locker in our chatbot "ACiStant", so you can collect all your future orders faster from that point - Find the ACS point that best serves you on the navigation map - Get real-time information about your shipment progress - Contact our digital assistant (ACiStant) in order to answer any questions you may have about your shipments, with the option of selecting new delivery date, new pick-up point or delivery to your neighbour’s address - Inform digitally the nearest ACS store, so that the courier can pick up your shipments from your place at your own time (Online Pick-up) - Find out about the cost and delivery time of each shipment - Scan the Barcode of your digital ACS Member card, to receive discounts on your shipments - Receive real-time updates on any operational issues of our network stores.
