• LPBank Plus has a streamlined, minimalist interface, prioritizing the display of core financial transactions so customers can operate quickly and intuitively.
• Features such as money transfer, payments, deposits, etc., are designed to be simple and smart, helping customers complete transactions quickly.
• The account registration process is designed to be quick and user-friendly, allowing new customers to easily start their digital service journey in just a few steps.
• For Priority customers, the application directly displays information about the Customer Relationship Manager (PRM), special privileges and upgrade criteria, contributing to a personalized service experience.
• Diverse products and services, smart investment with the "Prosperous Profit" product.
AI-assisted search and transaction execution
LPBank Plus is developed with an AI-first approach, making artificial intelligence one of the key platforms of the digital banking experience.
• The application integrates the Smart Nav intelligent navigation feature using the Large Language Model (LLM), allowing for quick searching of information such as beneficiaries, savings interest rates, exchange rates, service features, or the nearest branch and ATM. With just one search, the AI can navigate to the correct service needed, shortening transaction time and enhancing the user experience.
• LP Pay – an AI money transfer assistant, allowing transactions to be executed through conversation. Instead of performing multiple steps, users can enter or speak a money transfer request with the amount and recipient; the system will automatically understand the content and help complete the transaction in just seconds. During the conversation, the AI assistant can maintain the flow of interaction and proactively request additional information when needed to complete the transaction without interrupting the experience.
