TurboTaxi 1420

TurboTaxi is a technology platform that allows users of TurboTaxi mobile applications or users of TurboTaxi websites provided as part of the Service to organize and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers of such services, including independent third-party transport companies and independent logistics service providers in accordance with an agreement with TurboTaxi or TurboTaxi affiliates. Unless TurboTaxi has entered into a separate written agreement with you, the Services are provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that TurboTaxi does not provide transportation or logistics services or operate as a transportation company, and that such transportation or logistics services are provided by independent party contractors who are not employees of TurboTaxi.
