This application is a mobile version of the My Kyivstar web platform for business customers. It can be used by coordinators - company representatives authorized to manage all numbers. What you can do in the application
- Manage all company numbers: view detailed information, change tariffs, connect and disconnect additional services, set up blocking. Each number can be signed with the name of the subscriber using it
- Monitor personal accounts: view the current balance, see replenishment and expenses
- Generate reports: on personal account balances, company register, differentiated account, payments on all personal accounts of the company, etc.
- Connect special offers: special advantageous tariffs, discounts, additional service packages
- Temporarily disable numbers that are not used and activate them
- Set up forwarding to specific numbers
- Change the number to a beautiful one
- Change the physical SIM to eSIM or transfer the eSIM to another device
- Create service requests: to change the number owner, actions with personal accounts, change company data, etc. The manager will help you complete such requests
