FlowGrid Café Log is a no-nonsense session and billing log built for internet cafés, gaming lounges, and pay-per-hour booths. Every station you own — PCs, consoles, VR rigs, racing seats, lounge spots — sits on one grid. Tap to start a timer, tap again to stop and bill. That's the whole loop
WHAT YOU GET
• Stations grid — Add as many stations as you run. Each card shows whether the seat is free or in use, the live elapsed timer, the customer label, and the per-hour rate.
• One-tap session start — Pick a station, set the customer label (or leave it blank), confirm the rate, go. The timer runs even if you close the app.
• Stop & bill — At checkout, the screen shows time charges automatically. Add any snacks, drinks or top-ups as line items, pick cash or card, and save. The receipt is ready to read out or screenshot.
• Active sessions — A dedicated tab lists every running seat with its live total so you can scan the room at a glance.
• Payment log — Every paid session is filed by date with the customer label, duration, breakdown and total. Filter by day, week or month. Delete a row if you mis-billed.
• Reports — Revenue chart, busiest stations, average session length, and a running total for the period you pick.
• Settings — Set your currency symbol, default per-hour rate, rounding rule (nearest minute, 5 minutes, or 15 minutes), and the receipt header lines. Export the full database as a JSON backup, or wipe all data.

DESIGN NOTES
FlowGrid Café Log uses a calm, light-mode interface tuned for use under fluorescent counter lighting. Typography is Space Grotesk for headings and Inter for body text. The accent colour is used sparingly so the room status (free vs. in use) is the loudest signal on screen.
LIMITATIONS — BE HONEST UP FRONT
• Single device. The database does not sync across phones. Use the JSON export to move data manually.
• No employee logins, no shift handover, no multi-cashier audit trail.
• No printer integration. Receipts are shown on screen — screenshot them or read them out.
• Time-only billing. No prepaid packages, no time cards, no membership tiers.
If those are deal-breakers for your operation, this is not the right app. If you just need a fast, reliable per-seat timer with a clean payment log, it is.
