Free, with no ads. Works offline. Both parents use the same baby tracker, each from their own phone.

At night the screen shows just two buttons: fed and woke up. The home screen fits your baby's age; the rest waits in the Menu. No crowded forms: trackers get abandoned over them and over guilt about blank fields.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG

• Breastfeeding: a timer for each side with pause, or just "fed for twenty minutes" after the fact
• Bottle: the amount in one swipe
• Pumping and milk stash: how much you pumped, what's in the fridge and the freezer, and what to use first
• Sleep: hold the button for a live timer, plus wake windows
• Nap and feed forecast from your baby's own log, plus an hour-by-hour day plan
• Diapers
• Weight, height and head circumference against WHO percentile curves
• Notes and photos on any entry, plus Moments, a photo feed with captions

HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT

• Your country's vaccine schedule: 74 countries from WHO data. No "overdue" labels: medical exemptions and individual schedules are common, not a cause for alarm
• Solids and allergens: only the first taste of each food is logged, and we check in about reactions for three days
• Temperature, medicines with dose intervals, symptoms
• Milestones from the revised 2022 CDC list, where each skill sits at the age most children reach it, so parents of a healthy baby don't see a list of things "not done yet"
• Leaps: the weeks when a baby has a harder time, and the skill that tends to appear after each one, so fussy days feel less like a mystery
• Teeth, baths, tummy time

FOR THE DOCTOR AND THE FAMILY

• A pediatrician report in one tap: daily averages, weight gain, the WHO chart. Print it or save it as a PDF
• CSV export for any period
• Switching from another tracker? Open its export file in the app, and your feedings, sleep, diapers and growth land in the log
• Twins and triplets: up to three children, with a "log for both" switch
• Invite the other parent with a code. Separate sign-ins, and you can see who logged what
• On the watch: log a feeding, a nap or a diaper straight from your wrist, without reaching for the phone
• Smart speakers: say "fed four ounces" and it's logged without picking up the phone
• A daily card to send to grandma
• Nana, the assistant: say "fed four ounces" or ask "how long did he sleep today?" She logs from your words and answers from the log. Simple phrases are handled right on the phone, even offline; harder questions go to the cloud only with your consent

Baby tracker, breastfeeding tracker and newborn log: bottle and formula feeds, pumping log and milk stash, sleep and wake windows, diapers, solids, growth on WHO charts, vaccine schedule, leaps, twins.

ABOUT YOUR DATA

Our own server, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs. The server only sees daily totals that aren't tied to anyone, such as how many times the app was opened that day. Your entries go to a language model only when you ask Nana yourself and have agreed to it. You can delete your account right from Settings.

This is an observation log, not a medical app. Vaccine timing, exemptions and any health questions are for your doctor.
