Simple attendance records for small and medium-sized companies. When arriving and leaving, the employee scans the QR code at the workplace and you have the attendance on your mobile and computer. No chips, no terminals, no installation.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You register your company and add workplaces. You get a QR code for each one, which you print out and hang on the wall.
2. You add employees. Everyone downloads the application to their phone and logs in with their email.
3. When the employee arrives, he taps ARRIVE and scans the QR code. The same when leaving. Done.
WHAT THE APP KNOWS
• Arrival and departure with one tap and scanning the QR code
• GPS location with each entry, so you know that the beep was really at the workplace
• It works even without the Internet. Records are saved on the phone and sent when the network is back
• Vacation, PN, business trip, home office, doctor's visit and other events
• Overview of attendance per day and by workplace, in real time
• Monthly overviews of hours worked for each employee, basis for payroll
• Export attendance to Excel for any period
• Editing records by administrator or authorized employee
• Multiple workplaces in one company
• Light and dark mode
WHO IS IT FOR
Stores, warehouses, production, restaurants, construction sites, cleaning and service companies, offices. Anywhere where you need to know who came and left when, and you don't want to buy an attendance terminal.
PRICE
You only pay for employees who had attendance recorded in a given month: €1 excluding VAT per employee and month. A month without attendance is free. You start with a free trial version, without a credit card.
ADMINISTRATOR AND EMPLOYEE
The company administrator manages workplaces, employees, reports and exports. The employee only sees his/her attendance and records arrivals, departures and events. The administrator can also view the attendance on the website qrdochadzka.sk.
