MRP eDOKLADY

MRP eDoklady is a mobile app for scanning and managing documents for Slovak companies, sole traders and accountants. Take a photo of a receipt or invoice and the application will automatically extract data from it - you will save time with rewriting and you will have all the documents in one place.

WHAT THE APPLICATION CAN DO

• Scanning cash receipts (eKasa) - reads the QR code and downloads verified data directly from the Financial Administration.
• Scanning received invoices - automatic data extraction (OCR/AI) and downloading electronic invoices.
• Issuing invoices and sending them as e-invoices via the Peppol network - customer verification, checking and sending directly from your mobile phone.
• Managing multiple companies in one account with roles for team members.
• Clear agendas: receipts, received invoices, issued invoices, other documents and files.
• Checking and correcting documents, warnings about duplicates, data validation.
• Attachments and multi-page documents, opening PDF.
• Exporting documents (XML) and preparing for posting.
• Notifications, invitations to the company, support directly in the application.
