Skoleskrift 3

Skoleskrift is a simple writing program with letter sounds (key sound program). When the letter is pressed on the keyboard, the letter sound is heard at the same time. Speech synthesis reads out the word when you press the spacebar and the entire sentence when you use a separator (not a comma).

The letters on the screen look like the letters you learn to write by hand.
It is easy to create and print practice sheets with guidelines for handwriting exercises.
Writing instructions show how to form the letters by hand correctly.
The same applies to the numbers 0 – 9.

Skoleskrift is a good tool used in the reading methodology "Writing for reading with key sound and speech synthesis" (STL+).

It is possible to insert an image from an image archive or camera.
The image is placed at the top of the document.
Only one image can be inserted.
The first image is deleted if a new image is inserted.
"Shortcuts" must be enabled
(Settings > General > Keyboards > Shortcuts)

Skoleskrift has links to external apps that support text files and PDF files, e.g. Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive.

Open text files in Skoleskrift from other apps.
Files saved from Skoleskrift are unique with a timestamp in the name.
