Welcome to ÖBO's new app, an app that is fully focused on you as a tenant. Do you need to book a laundry time, reach our customer center or report a fault in your home? The new ÖBO app brings together several smart functions in one place. Of course, it is safe and easy to use.

In the app you can:

• Make a fault report and follow your case from start to finish.
• book a laundry room and get a reminder of your washing time.
• get news and offers.
• see rental notices and agreements.
• update personal information.
• see your water consumption if your home has IMD. (Individual measurement and billing)
• sign an agreement with a mobile BankID.
• upload certificate.
• receive notices of new notices, payment reminders, contract information and conversion information.
• customize your notices so that you only receive notices if what you think is important.

To log in to the app, you must have a valid agreement with ÖBO. Login is easy and secure via mobile BankID.

To apply for housing, make expressions of interest, respond to offers, you need to log in to my pages via obo.se. If you are not yet a customer, you first need to register a customer registration. If you have already registered as a customer or are a tenant with us today, you can log in immediately.
