EviBody is a research-based digital lifestyle service that is based on individual adaptation so that you can find home to a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle for increased well-being and more healthy years of life.
We look at the whole and offer complete individually tailored support in mental peace, good healthy food and physical activity with highly trained health coaches and specialists. Feel good at your level with EviBody - your research-based health app!
EviBody has been developed in a collaborative project with EviBody's interdisciplinary research team of 14 individual and independent researchers.
Features of the service:
- Personal action plan and daily motivational support, follow-up and statistics
- Possibility of synchronization with Health Connect for automatic acquisition of steps and number of hours of sleep
- Daily inspiration with exercise, recipes, meditations and educational material from the latest research
- Social community and support in groups with others on a similar journey together with health educators and specialists
- Live events (Membership Standard)
- Group coaching (Membership Standard)
- Individual coaching (Membership Premium or as an option in membership Basic and Standard)
Extra support for high blood pressure/diabetes type 2:
• Self-monitoring and statistics of your blood pressure/blood sugar
• Social community in closed hypertension group/diabetes group led by nurse/diabetes nurse
• Knowledge articles and lectures
• Live events & group coaching together with other members and nurse/diabetes nurse (Standard and Premium membership)
