Whether you are pregnant, a new mother, training through adulthood or are in menopause, we at Femmefysio are here to guide you. Our vision is to create increased knowledge about the female body throughout life and to give you tools to feel strong, confident and motivated in your training.
Through short lectures and articles, you will gain important knowledge that will help you understand your body better. Our training programs start from scratch and increase gradually – regardless of whether you are recovering from pregnancy and childbirth, training long-term through adulthood or want to adapt your training to the changes that may occur in menopause.
The programs are flexible and work even when life's puzzles make time scarce. You get access to effective home exercises that challenge, but also our best gym exercises for strength and endurance. For those of you who want to get started with running training, we show the way, so that you progress safely and avoid going too fast and risking injuries.
We see training and rehabilitation as a matter of course – through pregnancy, postpartum, adulthood and menopause. All women deserve a strong body that carries them through everyday life and gives them the strength to live an active and sustainable life.
