Falu Energi & Vatten is your local energy company that, together with you, wants to contribute to a society without emissions, which derives its energy from local, reusable resources. Our mission is to make it easier for you as a customer to make wise decisions and make more sustainable choices.


With the app, you can quickly access information about many of our products and services. In the app you can see "My pages", which show your consumption, your invoices and much more which makes it worth downloading the app.

Here's how to get started;

To be able to use all services, you log in with BankID or with your customer number and password. For example, if you want to quickly see our opening hours or current operational disruptions, you can do so without logging in, but to be able to use the app in the best way, we recommend that you log in.

With the app, we want to make everyday life easier for you as a falubo, which is why we are constantly working to improve the user experience and develop new services.
