10-Step Self-Discipline of Love Program

The app is based on a ten-month process of change. Each step consists of 30 days of work on one area, including self-reflection questions, tasks, mobilizations, and practical tools.

You work with, among other things:

- procrastination
- perseverance
- boundaries
- risk
- calling

The program teaches you to apply the 7 principles of self-discipline of love: nutrition, movement, sleep, self-reflection, study, silence, and immediate action. It's a process that develops awareness, strengthens agency, and demonstrates that real change begins within you, not your circumstances.

Live Cycles

After completing 10 steps in the app, the second stage of the work opens: live cycles.

For three weeks, you receive daily motivation and short practices, and the fourth week is dedicated to integration. The cycle topics are selected on an ongoing basis – also in response to the needs of the community.
