Sehat Dehleez
PPHI Balochistan IT Cell
Sehat Dehleez brings a doctor to your doorstep.
Sehat Dehleez is a free telemedicine service from the People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan. Talk to a qualified doctor by video call from your own home — no travel, no waiting room, no fee.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Talk to a doctor now
Join the queue and see your live position. When a doctor is free, your video consultation starts automatically.
• Book an appointment
Choose a doctor and a time that suits you. Reschedule or cancel if your plans change.
• Keep your health card
Your blood group, long-term illnesses, allergies and past surgeries in one place, so any doctor who sees you knows your history.
• Get your prescription
After the consultation your doctor's prescription appears in the app, with the medicines, dosage and instructions. Set daily reminders so you don't forget a dose.
• Track your health
Record your blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, pulse, temperature and oxygen level, and see how they change over time. Add photos or PDFs of lab reports so your doctor can see them.
• Care for your family
Add your children or parents and consult a doctor on their behalf, from your own account.
• Message your doctor
Ask a follow-up question about your consultation or prescription.
• Urdu and English
Use the app in the language you are comfortable with.
WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone in Balochistan who needs to see a doctor. Registration takes a few minutes — you will need your mobile number and your CNIC.
YOUR PRIVACY
Your health information is used only to provide your care. We do not sell your data, we show no advertisements, and your video consultation is never recorded. Video calls run on PPHI's own secure servers. You can delete your account and your data at any time.

IMPORTANT
Sehat Dehleez is not for medical emergencies. If you or someone with you is seriously ill or injured, go to your nearest health facility immediately.
Sehat Dehleez does not replace a physical examination. A doctor may ask you to visit a health facility for tests or treatment that cannot be done by video.
A free public health service delivered by PPHI Balochistan, a not-for-profit organisation working in partnership with the Government of Balochistan.
