The Merlin Ride Access Pass provides a virtual queuing experience for guests who may find it difficult to stand for long periods due to a disability or long term health condition, removing the need to wait within the main attraction queue lines and enter via a dedicated entrance.
To apply, you will need to have a valid Nimbus Disability card which determines eligibility for a Ride Access Pass.
Simply enter the details of your Nimbus Access Card in the app to register your account. Qualifying guests are then able to reserve and manage Ride Access Pass access to some of our UK Resort Theme parks.
