This application contains 102 meatless recipe (including salads and snacks) and 50 different meatless menu for the week with editable shopping lists.
Using this app, you can:
- See all meatless recipes with photos and detailed descriptions of each recipe.
- View information about calories and nutrients for each recipe.
- Browse all the menus and recipes that go to the menu.
- Add your favorite menu in the list of "favorites".
- View and edit a shopping list for each menu.
- See the report on the calories and nutrients for each menu.
- Displays the number of ingredients in the list of purchases in both metric (grams) and the US (oz) system.
All menus are included in this application are balanced by the following nutrients: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, cholesterol, dietary fiber and vitamin C.
All menus have been compiled using the program EasyMenu.
