A perfect drop costs you nothing. Land dead center and the tower keeps its full width, so a careful player can climb forever while a fast one runs out of block by the twentieth floor.

Chain perfect drops together and the combo bonus climbs with them, and the chime climbs in pitch too, so you can hear your streak building before you've even looked at the counter.
