Cờ Tướng - Cờ Thế, Cờ Úp
ONETAP VIET NAM TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED
Offline and online Chinese chess, hidden chess, and chess problems — three gameplay styles in one app. Play against the computer at six difficulty levels, play two players on the same computer, or play online with friends via room codes. Plus 1058 chess problems arranged into a journey through 44 ancient Vietnamese cities.
PLAY CHINESE CHESS ONLINE WITH FRIENDS
One person clicks "Create Room," the system generates a 6-digit code. Send that code to your friend, the other person enters it, and both join the same table. No registration, no account, no friend request required. Play both Chinese chess and hidden chess.
PLAY AGAINST THE COMPUTER — SIX LEVELS
From beginner level for beginners to Grandmaster level for experienced players. The highest level uses a powerful engine that will make you think. Winning a level unlocks the next.
VIETNAMESE CHESS PUZZLES: THE ROAD TO THANG LONG
1058 chess puzzles are no longer just a list. They form a road that traverses 44 ancient Vietnamese cities, from Ca Mau up to Thang Long. Solving one puzzle opens the next; completing a stage leads to a new city.
The first two stages have step-by-step instructions and arrows – even beginners can navigate them immediately. The later stages become progressively more difficult: from single-move checkmate to six-move checkmate sequences.
From basic combination moves to famous chess puzzles like "Seven Stars Gathering." If you're stuck, check the first move hint.
UNFOLD CHESS – SHRUBBED AND FACE DOWN PIECES
Pieces are flipped over when moved. The familiar chessboard is used, but every game is different. Play against the computer, against a person sitting next to you, or against a friend online.
TWO-PLAYER GAME
Black's pieces are reversed so the player opposite can read them correctly.
REVIEW PREVIOUS GAMES
The last thirty games are saved. Opening the game resets the starting position, moving piece by piece to the end. To see what moves should have been made, click analyze: the game will draw arrows on the board along with a rating.
FULL CHESS RULES
Checkmate, no more moves, repeat the position, both sides have no more attacking pieces, and the 60-move no-capture rule. Games have clear endings and don't drag on indefinitely.
TRACK PROGRESS
Number of games, win rate, winning streak, number of ancient cities visited, achievements, and daily tasks.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Undo moves. Review each move played. Exiting mid-game keeps the game running.
This is a free Xiangqi (Chinese chess) app that requires no registration and runs offline. It's suitable for both beginners and experienced players who want to practice chess strategies. The board and pieces are in the traditional style, with Chinese characters on the pieces.
