From the defense Rapp can report adverse events that occur during execution of work. Examples of this could be accidents with damage to persons and property environment, near-accidents, illness that are caused by work, deviations (violations of civil and military regulations) and improvement proposals that can reduce the risk of accidents and incidents. The information you enter will be unclassified.

Defense Rapp is for personnel in the service of defense.

The app is not intended to replace defenses internal rules for reporting, but act as a supplement and is only for reporting of unclassified information.

Reporting of security breaches should not be reported from the app, but the local security organization in line with the Defence Security Department's regulations.
