Nursing Outcomes is the 2020 Dutch translation of the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). This app is based on the fourth Dutch edition from 2020, which in turn is a translation of the sixth American edition.
The app offers a structured classification of nursing diagnoses and care outcomes. The key features of the NOC are:
