From cloud to warning.

With RadarNu, you can see at a glance what the weather is doing at your location. View current precipitation, expected trends, and the multi-day weather forecast on a clear map.

With RadarNu you can:

- view current precipitation and expected trends;

- look back and forward with different radar periods;

- view drizzle and rain or snow indications when available;

- view temperature and satellite images;

- track precipitation trends for your location in a graph;

- view a 7-day weather forecast and forecasts by time of day;

- save locations and synchronize between devices;

- set the precipitation level at which you want to receive notifications;

- receive rain notifications, even when the app is not open;

- remove ads and use extra features with RadarNu Premium.

RadarNu processes radar observations, nowcasts, and weather models into custom map images, animations, local charts, and clear summaries. The Info tab explains which data source is used for each radar period.

Location and alerts

Location access is required for location-based rain alerts. Background location is optional and is only used when you enable alerts for your current location yourself. You can always modify or delete permissions and saved locations.

RadarNu is an independent weather service and not an official app from the KNMI. For official warnings, RadarNu refers to the KNMI weather alerts.
