MijnPortavita Antistolling

Please note: MijnPortavita is only available to patients receiving treatment at the Starlet DC thrombosis service in Alkmaar, the Apeldoorn-Zutphen thrombosis service (Gelre hospitals), Stichting Artsen Laboratorium en thrombosedienst (SALT), the South-West Friesland thrombosis service, the Harderwijk thrombosis service, the Den Bosch thrombosis service, the Zuyderland thrombosis service, the Bernhoven thrombosis service, the Diagnost IQ thrombosis service, and the Slingeland Hospital thrombosis service. The MijnPortavita app supports, among other things:

- The number of tablets to be taken today
- Checking off your taken tablets
- The next blood draw date
- The complete dosage schedule
- The trend of the INR
- Key medical data
- Receiving and sending messages to your thrombosis service
- The contact details of your thrombosis service
- Passing on notifications to your thrombosis service
- Self-monitors: passing on INR and/or notifications
- Self-monitors: the next check-up visit
- Self-monitors: passing on INR value via a Bluetooth connection if you use a CoaguChek® INRange or MicroINR device

From now on, the MijnPortavita Anticoagulation app offers the option to pass on notifications to your thrombosis service without an INR measurement. This is possible for self-monitoring and regular patients.
