Endospot: Endometriose App
Endospot
Endospot is the ultimate all-in-one app for everyone with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis. Track your symptoms, pain, and cycle, recognize possible patterns, and go to your doctor well-prepared. Read articles and tips from experts, discover recipes, and share experiences in community groups.
Who is it for?
For everyone living with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis: whether you have just been diagnosed, have had symptoms for years, or are still under investigation due to a strong suspicion. Even without a diagnosis, you can track your symptoms and take a clear overview with you to your doctor.
Why track symptoms?
With endometriosis, various symptoms can overlap. Some change throughout your cycle, while others are present more frequently or for longer periods. By regularly tracking your symptoms, you can recognize possible patterns and changes. This way, you have concrete information about your symptoms during a consultation with your doctor. Track your symptoms and cycle
• Do your daily check in a few minutes: keep track of pain, fatigue, mood, bowel movements, food and drink, medication, your cycle, and other complaints
• Decide for yourself what you do and do not want to track
• Gain insight into possible patterns and changes over time and per cycle phase
• Customize the tracker to your hormonal situation, for example when on the pill or with an IUD, during pregnancy, in (peri)menopause, or after a hysterectomy
Your pain diary
• Give a pain score per part of the day or one pain score for the entire day
• Tap on the body map where you have pain and record how it feels: cramping, stabbing, burning, or radiating
• See where your pain occurs most often and when it flares up
Your menstruation and cycle
• Track your menstruation, blood loss, and cycle length, even if you do not have a regular cycle
• Discover if and how your symptoms relate to your cycle
• Compare your cycles and view changes over time
Prepare for your consultation with your doctor
• Turn your logged symptoms into a Clear PDF report for your doctor or other healthcare provider
• Get help preparing questions for your appointment
• Keep appointments in one place and set reminders for medication, supplements, and appointments
Learn from experts
• Read understandable information about endometriosis, nutrition, gut health, stress, mental health, and exercise.
• Find information tailored to your situation, symptoms, and hormonal phase
• Take practical mini-courses and discover what you can do yourself to better manage your symptoms, as a supplement to your medical treatment
Community
• Share experiences in community groups with people who understand what it is like to live with endometriosis
• Find an Endo-buddy who suits your situation and chat privately with each other
• Discover nutritious recipes and easily create a weekly menu
Your data remains yours
• Your health data is stored securely
• We never sell your health data
