With My Dossier you have online access to your personal medical file. Whenever and wherever you want. You view results, ask your healthcare provider a question or prepare your appointment. This gives you more insight into your health. With the My Dossier Amsterdam UMC app you always have your medical file at hand.

In the My Dossier Amsterdam UMC app you can:
• manage personal data
• manage and prepare appointments
• view and send messages from and to your healthcare providers
• view results
• fill in medicines and allergies
• request repeat prescriptions
• fill out questionnaires
• fill in data at home measurement

Are you already a patient at Amsterdam UMC or do you have a referral from your GP? Then you can create an account for My Dossier via the app. You can do this easily with DigiD. Download the My Dossier Amsterdam UMC app and click on the 'Log in and register DigiD' button.
