Through the application, you can review energy consumption, track billing, carry out commercial procedures and technical requests, file claims, complaints, and more, all directly from your mobile device.

Consultations. Explore customer information, supply and meter details, scheduling of planned outages for electrical network maintenance, current debt status, reading history, consumption and receipts.

Commercial procedures. Request a rate change, new service, change of company name, reduction of supply.
