[NH Corporate Banking Key Services]

1. Corporate Banking

- Inquiry: Provides various financial transaction inquiry functions, ranging from account inquiries (deposits/trusts, funds, loans, foreign exchange, other financial services) to Yellow Umbrella inquiries.

- Transfer: Features for instant transfers, multi-account transfers, scheduled transfers, deferred transfers, aggregation, and automatic transfer applications.

- Banking Management: Approvals/authorizations, user management, account management, etc.

- Financial Products: Inquiry/subscription to financial products such as deposits and loans from NongHyup Bank and Nong·Chukhyup.

- Loans: Provides key financial functions including loan account inquiries, non-face-to-face corporate loan applications (including principal and interest repayment), and non-face-to-face loan term extensions.

- Foreign Exchange: Provides functions ranging from domestic/overseas remittances to import/export inquiries and non-face-to-face foreign exchange document submission.

- Cards: From approval/payment history to limit inquiries after registering for NH Corporate Card

- Utility Bills: Payment via Giro, local taxes, national/customs taxes, court/penalty fines, etc.

- Electronic Bills: Provision of key electronic bill functions such as issuer lookup, payee/endorser lookup, receipt of electronic bills, issuance/endorsement of electronic bills, etc.

- Business Support: Provision of services ranging from investment partnerships, VAT, and corporate management consulting to various partnership services (SOHO Smart Assistant, Small Business Services)

- Non-face-to-face Services

- Open new corporate accounts via mobile without visiting a branch!

- Non-face-to-face corporate account opening service available even to corporate customers with no transaction history with NH NongHyup Bank (Corporate Electronic Banking sign-up and deposit/withdrawal account opening)

- Issue public documents and send documents to branches remotely! - You can issue a total of 6 types of corporate and public documents remotely, and conveniently submit documents to be sent to branches via mobile.

- Foreign exchange and investment product subscription services available on mobile!

- We provide services that can be completed remotely, such as inbound remittances, opening/modifying Letters of Credit, and signing up for the Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid. 2. Authentication/Security

- Provides various login methods via Financial Certificates, Joint Certificates, Simple Banking, Fingerprint Authentication, and NHonePASS

- Enables OTP and Mobile OTP transactions for secure financial transactions

- Enables biometric authentication (facial recognition) transactions for secure financial transactions

3. Customer Center

- Know Your Customer (KYC), FATCA/CRS identity verification, unlocking of long-term inactive accounts, etc.

- Virtual Experience Center: Preview NH Corporate Banking services

- Provides menus for news, events, and introduction to NH Family Apps

4. Settings

- My Menu settings feature for modifying user information and designating frequently used service menus

- Deposit/Withdrawal Notifications: Provides deposit/withdrawal push notifications for sole proprietors

[User Guide]

1. How to Sign Up

- Branch Visit: Visit a nearby NongHyup Bank or Nong·Chukhyup branch to sign up for Corporate Internet Banking and NH Corporate Banking.

- Non-face-to-face Sign-up: Install NH Corporate Banking and sign up through the non-face-to-face authentication process.

2. Inquiries

- Customer Happiness Center: NongHyup Bank (1661-3000), Nong·Chukhyup (1661-2100)

※ Consultation Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

[Essential Access Permissions]

1. Storage: Login, copy management, image saving

* Essential access permission for Android versions 6~12; unnecessary for other versions

2. Phone Number: Verification of mobile phone number for identity authentication; access permission to mobile phone status and device information to prevent electronic financial fraud, including Mobile OTP, mobile phone identity authentication, and version in settings. Phone numbers are collected in situations such as verification and the (re)issuance of financial/joint certificates.

3. Installed Apps: The NH Corporate Banking app collects, uses, and shares information about apps installed on smartphone devices to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents, such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Use of the NH Corporate Banking app may be restricted if an app requiring caution is detected.)

* Essential access permissions are required for using NH Corporate Banking, and service usage will be restricted if not permitted.

* In principle, NH Corporate Banking does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on customers' privacy. If necessary, such information is collected with the customer's separate consent and used restrictively only for the purpose of that consent. [Optional Access Permissions]

1. Camera: Used for ID card capture, facial recognition, etc. (Non-face-to-face account opening for sole proprietors, mobile OTP issuance and reporting, etc.)

2. Notifications: Used for push notifications for multi-step payment approvals.

3. Address Book (Contacts): Used for sending SMS results after a transfer is completed and for services that use contacts during financial product subscriptions.

4. Microphone: Used for video call authentication when opening deposit/withdrawal accounts.

* You can still use the service even if you do not allow access to optional access permissions, but there may be restrictions on the use of some features.

1. Settings > Applications > NH Corporate Banking > Permissions

2. NH Corporate Banking is available from AOS 6.0 and above.
