Amamos Mazatlán

Amamos Mazatlán is an app that provides tourists visiting the port of Mazatlán with information and guidance on procedures for handling and resolving emergency situations that may affect their physical safety or personal documents.

Through this app, tourists receive official notifications from the City Hall on various topics, notifications of events from the Mazatlán Institute of Culture, Tourism, and Art, a section to find consulates and embassies for different countries, emergency numbers, and points of interest, as well as the ability to file a complaint.

It provides tourists with a mechanism to report issues such as:
• Service and/or contract breaches
• Loss of official documents
• Complaints and/or grievances
• Other issues

It also allows users to receive notifications from the Mazatlán City Council regarding:
• Events
• Informational announcements
• News
• Other issues

It also allows users to receive notifications about events organized by the Mazatlán Institute of Culture, Tourism, and Art, including:
• Concerts
• Sporting events
• Shows
• Festivals
• Plays
