The “Legal Entity Name Reservation” and “Company Registration” services are available online. Following the establishment of a legal entity, the system provides guidance and information necessary for conducting business activities, along with access to various electronic services. Users can also view, through a single window service, government-held information related to the legal entity, including real estate, tax information and filings, court decisions, permits, and transaction history conducted through the State Treasury.
