Scrabble

Scrabble is a board word game for 2-4 players, in which words are made from letter tiles on a game board. Each player has a rack with seven letters and on their turn adds a word to the ones already laid down. The goal is to get as many points as possible - each letter has its own point value and the board contains bonus fields that multiply the value of the letter or the entire word. The game develops vocabulary, strategic thinking and planning, as players must choose between quickly scoring points and a favorable position for the next moves. The game ends when all the tiles are used up or when it is impossible to make another move; the player with the highest score wins.
