The Korea Customs Service mobile app provides a customized integrated service that allows users to check useful content (website, Internet Customs Portal UNI-PASS) among the services offered by the Korea Customs Service all at once.

Key declaration and application services include Simplified Customs Clearance for International Mail, Customs Clearance Reservation for Household Goods, Temporary Office Opening, and Permanent Boarding Pass.

Main Functions:

1. Main Bulletin Boards on the Korea Customs Service Website

- News, Announcements/Public Notices, Customs Penalty Expert, Overseas Customs Clearance Support Center, etc.

2. Preparation and Submission of Declarations/Applications Composed of Simple Forms

- Application for Temporary Opening of Import/Export Offices, Application for Customs Clearance of Mail, Application for Customs Clearance Reservation for Household Goods, Application for Personal Customs Clearance Code

- Inquiry into the processing status of all declarations submitted electronically

3. Customs Clearance Information

- Export fulfillment details, export repair details, re-export fulfillment status, etc.

4. Logistics Information

- Import cargo progress information, status of goods not yet entered at unloading location, bonded transport vehicle information, etc.

5. Permanent Boarding Pass

- Mobile Permanent Boarding Passes are provided for immediate verification on-site

6. Company Performance Records

- Export/Import Correction Details, Export/Import Error Status, Payment Details, Unpaid Details, Cargo Manifest Correction Details, etc.

7. Notifications/Notifications

- Advance Notice on Customs Administration, Request for Supplemental Analysis and notification of delays, notification of analysis results, etc.

8. Auction of Seized Goods

- Inquiry into auction item information, registration and inquiry of items of interest, etc. (Bidding is possible on PC)
