■About Pamatoko■
Yokohama City has created "Pamatoko," a one-stop shop for everything you need for child-rearing. Through your smartphone, you can access procedures, information, and services related to child-rearing, from pregnancy and preschool to school-age. By reducing the burden of child-rearing, we aim to create an environment where everyone can have peace of mind and give birth and raise children in Yokohama.
■The Thoughts Behind Pamatoko■
The "hama" in "Yokohama" (Yokohama) is a play on the words "papa" (daddy) and "mama" (mother), representing "papa," "mama," and "ko" (child). We envision Yokohama as a city where parents and children can raise their children smoothly and comfortably. And we hope that "Pamatoko" will grow alongside you, so that parents, mothers, and children can achieve more through child-rearing.

By registering an account, you can access various My Page features, online procedures, reservations, and more. Once you register, your personal information will be pre-filled into the form, ensuring a smooth experience. In addition, you can check parenting support and useful information. By registering your personal information, family information, and interests, you can check information on checkups and vaccinations appropriate for your child's age, as well as event information for your residential area and neighborhood.
●Complete parenting procedures online!
Procedures previously handled at the ward office, such as child allowance and pediatric medical certificate applications, can now be completed online using your smartphone or computer.
●Receive parenting information tailored to you and unique to Yokohama!
By registering your personal and family information and interests, you can access information on events unique to Yokohama that your family and children can enjoy, as well as notifications tailored to your child's age and living area.
●Search for various facilities near your home or current location!
In addition to daycare centers, kindergartens, parks, childcare support facilities, and medical institutions, you can also search for places to change diapers and prepare formula, quickly finding facilities near your home or current location.
●Manage childcare information with the electronic maternal and child health handbook!
The maternal and child health handbook's functions allow you to record your baby's and child's growth, and manage vaccination history and schedules!
