In addition, even if you lose your Resona Group cash card, you can suspend the card functions through the app.

【How to Use】
Please prepare your cash card and register by entering the required information, such as your bank account details, following the on-screen instructions.
If you do not have a Resona Group bank account (Resona Bank, Saitama Resona Bank, Kansai Mirai Bank, or Minato Bank), please open an account first.
You can open an account using the “Resona Account Opening App.” Instant account opening is also available at bank branches.

【Main Features】
● Balance Inquiry
When you log in to the Resona Group app, you can immediately check the latest balance of your ordinary deposit account. A balance masking feature is also available for customers who frequently check their balances outside the home. Even if you have multiple bank accounts within the Resona Group, you can check all balances through the app.
In addition, the Balance Alert feature notifies you when your balance reaches a specified amount, helping prevent insufficient funds when making withdrawals.

● Transaction History Inquiry
You can check the latest deposit and withdrawal history without updating a passbook at an ATM or bank branch, and also view future scheduled transactions. By filtering and sorting transaction details by date or amount, you can use this feature for household budget management, such as reviewing large withdrawals made during the month.

● Statement and Document Download
You can download transaction statements for transfers, Pay-easy, and bill payments (eL-QR), as well as the“Account Number Confirmation Document”, which serves as a substitute for a passbook cover, in PDF format for various purposes.

● Transfers
By registering frequently used transfer recipients, such as for rent payments, you can make transfers with just one tap.

● Invoice / Tax Bill (eL-QR) Payments
You can easily make payments by scanning invoices or tax bills compatible with PayB or the unified local tax QR code (eL-QR) using your camera. Payments via Pay-easy are also supported.
