If uploading multiple videos at once exceeds the video upload limit, try uploading them in smaller batches or one at a time. For example, if you have two 1.5GB videos, uploading them together would result in a total of 3GB, which is not possible. However, uploading them one at a time would keep the total under 2GB (approximately 2000MB), allowing you to upload them together.
You can select and upload multiple photos to create a slideshow.
A slideshow can contain up to 50 photos. A slideshow is treated the same as a single video.
The order in which videos and photos are stored on the disc is initially determined by the order in which they were uploaded. However, there is a function to freely rearrange them after uploading.
There are no restrictions on the order of videos and photos, such as by date or file name.
The maximum number of videos that can be stored on one disc has been changed from 20 to 30.
The price and the maximum playback time of 30 minutes per disc remain unchanged.
The maximum number of videos that can be uploaded at once remains at 20. If you want to store more than 21 videos on a disc, please upload them in separate batches and then store them on the disc.
You can freely combine videos to store them, such as 30 videos of about 1 minute each, 15 videos of about 2 minutes each, or 3 videos of about 10 minutes each.
