Sardinia Health Record is the app that allows you to easily access your health data and documents.
With the app, you can:
• Access medical reports in real time, avoiding the need to collect them in person;
• Download and print prescription reminders without having to go to the doctor to pick them up, or, if you're unable to print prescriptions in person, show them directly to pharmacists;
• Easily view the contact details of your family doctor or pediatrician and any associated doctors, the address and hours of the practice, and access the doctor selection and cancellation portal, where you can select or cancel your family doctor online;
• Add other health documents to your Record yourself;
• Conveniently access a summary of your vaccinations on your updated vaccination certificate;
• Access the Record of the person who has chosen you as a proxy, that of your minor children as a parent, and that of your legal guardians as a guardian;
• Delegate up to three trusted people to work on your record and accept up to five delegations;
• Authorize the healthcare professionals treating you to consult your documents and choose to customize the confidentiality of health documents you do not wish to share, fully respecting your privacy;
• View news, FAQs, and choose whether and how to receive informational notifications.

You can access the Sardinia Health Record app with your SPID digital identity or Electronic Identity Card (CIE). You can also enable biometric authentication with your fingerprint.
