SAMRUM – Understand Family

Most families live somewhere between "we're fine" and "we need help." Something keeps bothering you — but therapy feels like too big a step. SAMRUM is built for that in-between.

Each family member takes a short personality profile. About 15 minutes, from home. SAMRUM describes your patterns in everyday language:

WHEN IT JUST HAPPENED
An argument. A slammed door. A comment that keeps bothering you. "Right now" is a short guide for that exact moment — built on both people's profiles. It helps you see the pattern, hold back for a moment, and find the first sentence when you're ready.

THREE WAYS TO READ THE REPORT
Each report comes in three formats you can switch between:
• Full text — the complete report with every detail
• Guided — one topic at a time, at your own pace
• Audio summary — 5–6 minutes, so you can listen together in the car, on a walk, or on the couch

FOCUS TRACKS — 4 WEEKS, ONE FOCUS
When an area from the report feels important to work on, you can take a focus track. Personal (just for you) or together (between two of you — couple, parent and teenager, siblings). One weekly message: a small observation, a micro-experiment, and a reflection. 2–3 minutes to read. You choose the delivery day.
