As of Thursday, May 15, 2025, a new decision by the Government of the Republic of Croatia has been in effect, which aims to influence inflation and curb price increases in retail chains. As a result, retailers must publish and update their price lists on the Internet and display additional, so-called anchor prices in stores.
Compare Prices is a free application that allows you to quickly and easily compare product prices in retail chains across Croatia.
Product Search
Search for products by name or scan a barcode with your camera for instant access to prices. The search also works with parts of the product name — you don't need to enter the full name. It also tolerates minor typos, so you will find the product even if you make a mistake in a letter. The results are grouped by product and show availability in all stores.
GPS Search
Enable GPS and find prices in stores near you. Select a search radius (2 km, 5 km or 20 km) and find out where the product is available closest to you.
Cart
Compose your own cart of products and compare the total price across stores. The app ranks stores by availability and price, so you can immediately see where you'll get the best deal.
Favorite stores
Select up to 4 favorite stores for a personalized price overview. Your favorite stores will always be highlighted at the top of the results.
Favorite products
Save the products you often search for with one tap and access them at any time — without having to search again.
Search history
All your searches are automatically saved so you can quickly repeat them.
Product statistics
See how many unique products each store offers in its assortment.
Price overview by store
For each product, you can see the minimum, maximum and average price, as well as specific store locations with prices — with the option to open a map for navigation.
Customizable interface
Choose a light, dark or system theme. Filter results by settlement or use GPS location.
Data is regularly updated based on publicly available price lists of retail chains in the Republic of Croatia.
