Ensure that first aid is carried out (constants: pulse, PA, O2 saturation, respiratory rate, capillary blood sugar, peak-flow, pain assessment, ECG, first aid actions, etc.).

Provide orientation in the different sectors adapted to the reason for consultation according to the sorting scale.

Direct to the admissions office in order to carry out the administrative registration according to the patient's state of health.

Inform the patient and accompanying persons of the progress of the treatment.

Inform waiting families.
