DOE SMC

This official app by the Department of Education (DOE), Delhi, is designed to bring transparency, efficiency, and accountability to the education governance system. It serves as a digital platform for designated users, including parents, social workers, MLA representatives, school staff, and higher authorities of the education department.

The app provides end-to-end management of institutional processes by enabling users to record and access meeting details, agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), resolutions, and fund allocations online. By digitizing these critical functions, the app reduces paperwork, ensures seamless communication across stakeholders, and creates a secure, centralized repository of all records.

With role-based access, it empowers every participant to stay informed and engaged in decision-making, while giving higher authorities better oversight of school governance and financial management. This strengthens collaboration between communities and the government, ultimately improving accountability and fostering trust in the education system.
