The purpose of the mobile application is for the Metropolitan Water Works to provide its residential customers with the most frequently used administrative options through online customer service registration.

The functions available in the application are:
• Recording water meter readings
• Viewing previous meter readings
• Viewing water meter data
• Viewing and paying bills, for those users whose bills are presented directly by the Metropolitan Water Works (not Díjbeszedő Holding Zrt.).
• Viewing and modifying the partial value for customers with a connection meter
• Sending a message, viewing the service provider's response
• Reporting water shortages and water flows in public areas, shafts, and basements
• Contact information for other services and additional administrative procedures

If the customer already has an existing online customer service registration, they can also log in to the application with their email address and password. Customers who have registered for online customer service with KAÜ identification can only log in to the application using the DÁP application.

New registration can also be completed in the application, the process is largely identical to online customer service registration. The difference is that only residential customers with a meter can register in the application, and customer identification is also possible here with the DÁP application, but Customer Gate+ identification is not available.
