HOW IT WORKS

3. Mark the location manually or automatically via GPS

Your report is sent directly to the relevant city department. You will receive push notifications when the status of the report changes or when the department responds. After the intervention, you can also view a photo gallery showing how the problem was resolved.

WHAT ELSE THE APP OFFERS
• Search for all public reports — see what others have reported in your neighborhood
• Statistics by department: number of reports, number of resolved cases and average resolution time
• Filters for viewing reports: All / My / Open / Popular / Resolved

— so that citizens and city institutions can monitor the progress of resolving the problem.

We do not ask for your email address, phone number or other personal information. Each device is assigned an anonymous identifier.
