ICT-AAC Jezično-govorna vježba

The Language-Speech Exercise application is one of the ICT-AAC applications intended for adults with complex communication needs, primarily people with aphasia. There are few applications in the Croatian language that are available to people with aphasia. By solving tasks in the field of orientation in space and time, language comprehension and reading, people with aphasia have the opportunity to strengthen certain aspects of cognitive and language-speaking skills. The application can be used in different contexts (eg with a speech therapist as part of speech therapy or individually in a home environment).

Use of the application
Users of the application can choose between three basic areas - Orientation in space and time, Understanding and Reading. By selecting the basic area, sub-areas are opened from which the user solves tasks whose content corresponds to adulthood. All tasks are designed on the principle of choosing between the offered answers and provide feedback if the answer is correct. Tasks in the field of Orientation in space and time and Understanding offer, in addition to visual, and auditory stimuli. The language-speaking exercise brings refreshment among the few applications in the Croatian language that are intended for adults with acquired difficulties.
