Digital gym = intensive training for fingers + brain

Games are enjoyable and can also make learning easier.
To fill the observed gaps, this “digital gym” uses conceptually coherent games to teach:
(1) We break down the daily operations of using mobile phones into 10 basic actions
(2) After learning the "basic skills", the "fitness coach" will guide them to practice in actual scenarios
(3) After training, players can use different mobile apps more calmly to improve their quality of life.
