SportsPay
1SENSE
SportsPay is the official payment and membership platform built for sports federations, clubs, and athletes.
Whether you're an athlete paying competition fees, a club manager tracking registrations, or a federation administrator overseeing multiple sports — SportsPay puts every payment in one secure, official place.
FOR ATHLETES & PLAYERS
Pay registration fees, competition entries, and membership dues in seconds. Receive instant digital receipts. No bank transfers, no chasing down payment details, no paperwork.
FOR CLUBS & FEDERATION STAFF
One dashboard for every payment, across every club, every sport, every season. See who has paid, who is pending, and who is overdue — with filters by club, age group, or event. Export audit-ready reports to Excel or CSV. Send automated reminders without manual follow-up.
KEY FEATURES
• Secure one-time payment links — pay by card or bank transfer
• Automated invoicing and receipt generation
• Membership and subscription management with automatic renewals
• Real-time payment status for athletes and administrators
• Reports and exports ready for your accounting department
• Federation-level overview across all clubs and sports
• Compliance-ready structure aligned with Greek financial and data protection regulations
HOW IT WORKS
1. The federation or club creates a payment request
2. The athlete receives a secure link — by email, QR code, or directly in the app
3. Payment is confirmed instantly. Records update automatically.
SportsPay is designed for Greek sports federations and their networks of clubs, athletes, and events — including national and international competitions where teams from across Europe need to register and pay efficiently.
No spreadsheets. No manual bank transfers. No chasing receipts.
