Gosta streamlines the daily work of healthcare professionals by automating documentation tasks. Record consultations, perform smart dictations, and receive structured, clinical note drafts - all in one secure and intuitive mobile app.
The mobile app enables clinicians to record doctor–patient consultations, perform dictations, and generate structured note drafts. After the clinical note drafts are reviewed by the end users, they can be transferred to an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Key Features
Secure Login and Account Management
• Log in by scanning a QR code or entering a short code provided by the Gosta web application.
• Log out at any time to ensure account privacy and security.
Flexible Encounter Handling
• Create and manage multiple patient encounters stored locally on your device.
• Automatically remove encounters after 14 days to maintain data privacy.
• Delete encounters manually at any time.
Recording Options
• Record complete consultations as “appointments.”
• Use Smart Dictation for concise summaries that generate structured clinical note drafts.
• Use Verbatim Dictation for detailed, word-for-word transcription.
Language and Template Selection
• Choose the speech recognition and note output language that best fits your workflow.
• Select from predefined note templates for consistent documentation.
• Override language settings per encounter when needed.
AI-Assisted Clinical Note Drafts
• Process recordings into accurate transcripts and structured note drafts.
• View both the transcript and generated note before transferring or deleting.
Transfer and Integration
• Transfer one or multiple encounters to a connected computer securely.
• Export clinical notes to your EMR or other documentation systems.
Additional Functionality
• Supports multiple languages for both dictation and note generation.
• Stores encounters locally on the device for offline access.
• Designed to work seamlessly with the Gosta web application for full-workflow integration.
Data Privacy and Security
Gosta AI is designed with healthcare data privacy and confidentiality in mind. All generated documentation are stored locally on your device unless transferred to a connected computer. The audio recordings are deleted immediately after they've successful processing. Everything is stored with encrypted on the device. Encounters are automatically deleted after 14 days, and you may delete them manually at any time.
Gosta is intended to ease healthcare professionals' clinical documentation burden. It is not classified as a medical device under Medical Device Regulation of European Union. Gosta is not intended for providing any clinical decision support, diagnosis or clinical recommendations for its end users.
