Talvisota – Äyräpään taistelu
WebCube Oy
Winter War – Battle of Äyräpää takes you into the midst of a fierce winter defensive battle in 1940.
You are Äyräpää Ärjy, a machine gunner from Southern Ostrobothnia. Your mission is to hold the position and stop the increasing waves of enemy attacks. How long can you defend Äyräpää?
FIGHT TO THE LAST ZONE
Aim, shoot and stop the approaching enemies before they break into the position. Control the heat of the machine gun, choose the right moment to change the belt and save ammunition for the next attack.
When the machine gun belts run out, Ärjy doesn't give up – he picks up his rifle and the fight continues.
CALL FOR FIELD SUPPORT
• Request riflemen fire support
• Call in artillery concentration on the enemy
• Use a flare in the dark
• Throw grenades in tight situations
DEVELOP YOUR DEFENSE
Between waves, you can choose upgrades, complete equipment, and repair your position. Decide whether you need more firepower, faster reloading, better cooling, or stronger defenses.
THREE DIFFICULTY LEVELS
• Novice – easier combat and unlimited machine gun belts
• Fighter – a balanced challenge with five spare belts
• Äyräpään Ärjy – a tough fight with four spare belts
FINNISH WARGAME ATMOSPHERE
The winter battlefield, changing conditions, enemy propaganda shouts, and Ärjy’s colorful Finnish comments create a unique atmosphere. Each wave increases the pressure and forces you to change tactics.
Track confirmed kills, hit accuracy, headshots, and longest hit streak. Share your results with your friends and challenge them to defend Äyräpää longer.
The game contains ads. In addition to maintenance breaks, the player can choose to watch a reward ad to receive another bonus choice or a new chance to continue the fight.
